The Challange
Jake Riley was awarded the contract by NCDMB to renovate and upgrade the building for the technology department of Government Technical College Abak, Akwa Ibom.
The Solution
We met the aesthetic needs for a long-lasting, energy efficient, and affordable building using adapted cement, concrete, and aggregates which in turn enhanced the buildings durability, energy efficiency, and thermal insulation while simplifying the work on site.
The Result
A nicely decorated, professionally finished building with structural integrity, concrete properly reinforced and cured to the proper strength which met the requirements of NCDMB.
