Jake Riley Limited — Last updated: 10th August, 2026

Welcome to Jake Riley Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jake Riley website at www.jakeriley.org, including the JR Talent Hub recruitment and talent management platform and other services provided by Jake Riley Limited.

The website and its services may include consulting, training, recruitment, talent management, career development, events, technology, and other professional services offered by Jake Riley Limited.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting information, uploading a CV, applying for a job, posting a vacancy, registering for a training programme, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts under Nigerian law to register an account or use our recruitment, training, hiring, or other professional services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using our services and to keep your information updated.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@jakeriley.org if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Talent and Job Seeker Users

Through JR Talent Hub, you may create a professional profile, upload a CV, complete assessments, access career opportunities, and apply for job opportunities listed on the website.

By applying for a role, you consent to your relevant profile and application information being shared with the employer or organisation responsible for that specific opportunity.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, promotion, or any particular career outcome. JR Talent Hub is a facilitation and recruitment service. Hiring decisions are made solely by the relevant employer.

You must not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or plagiarised information, including qualifications, references, employment history, certifications, or other professional information.

4. Employer Users

Employers may post job vacancies, search candidate profiles, access recruitment services, and use employer packages made available through JR Talent Hub.

All job postings must be genuine, currently available roles that the employer is authorised to recruit for.

Posting fictitious, expired, misleading, or unauthorised vacancies, including using the name of a third-party company without that company's authorisation, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal liability.

Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable Nigerian labour, employment, tax, and other relevant laws in their recruitment and hiring practices.

We do not guarantee any minimum number of applications, candidate quality, interviews, hires, or other recruitment outcomes.

5. Training and Certification Services

Training programmes, workshops, professional development programmes, mentorship programmes, and certification services offered by Jake Riley Limited are subject to the specific terms, fees, requirements, and schedules communicated at the time of registration or enrolment.

Where a programme involves an external accrediting or professional body, certification is awarded based on the requirements of the relevant accrediting body and successful completion of the applicable programme criteria.

Enrolment in a programme does not guarantee certification unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Fees and Payments

Employer packages, training programmes, events, and other paid services are subject to the fees published on the website or agreed in a separate contract, proposal, quotation, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are payable in advance.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the specific terms of the relevant service, package, programme, event, or agreement provided at the time of purchase or registration.
